As we continue to strengthen our relationship with Ardent and expand our health system strategy, Imagine360 has acquired HealthFirst, a third-party administrator that was formerly part of Ardent and a long-time administrator of claims services to Ardent’s UT Health East Texas system, which encompasses 2,300 providers and 14,000 lives.
We welcome HealthFirst employees to the Imagine360 team and believe that our complementary capabilities will benefit existing HealthFirst customers in East Texas while allowing us to reach additional health systems nationwide.
